I pulled this from the ground last week, probably dropped 2300 years ago. Pyrrhus, Siracusa 278-276BC. Didn't clean it other than wiping with distilled water and soft cloth. Reverse is a bit worn, can barely make out Athena

I'm leaning towards Antoninus Pius. With Apollo on the reverse. RICIII 824A. the neck is too thin for Hadrian.

So what at first I thought was a Napoleon I 1 soldo from the 1800s: After rubbing it with my thumbs, turns out to be much older. Definitely Roman AS, not sure who it is. I will try to clean it up. 10gr and 27mm, copper or bronze. Found while metal detecting.

I found reference that it's actually kwt Kwnstans monogram (Kwt = Kwnstantine) -
Found it not to far from where I found a Constans II follis. I was wondering what the TKw monogram stands for.

Found this today. Eagle in obverse, at least that's what I think it is. I can make out a V and O and a star on the reverse. Any assistance is appreciated Thank you

Another indicator of these being early in Justinian I reign is the lack of a date. He ordered all coins be dated during his 12th year as emperor.

I'm fairly sure this design may have only been minted in Ravenna. Finding it in Sicily is rare, none of the other Sicilian detectorists I know here had seen one found. The time frame they were minted was during the Gothic War, when Sicily was being taken from the Ostrogoths
