Request for assistance in identifying Alexander III cufflink coins

Hello, Friends,

My knowledge of the coins of Alexander the Great is quite limited, and I wonder if the experts here might help in an identification.

A good friend of mine, who is Greek, received these cufflinks from his father. He guesses they were manufactured before 1940. I have photos of the coin fronts, and also the rear side of the coins (partially occluded by the cufflink mount). I don't know the weight, but the diameter is ~17 mm.

Here is the obverse:

Any help in identifying would be greatly appreciated.

The sentimental value of the cufflinks is high for my friend, I'm interested in any details about the coins that might enrich that.

There are hundreds of variations.

The monogram on the left reverse, below the throne, appears to be NO.

Therefore it could be from Lampsakos.

There are only 1207 symbols and monograms :classic_cool:

 

One possibilty is Kolophon, but there might be others:
